Ryohei Shima – Product Manager/ Team Lead
Ryohei is the team leader, guiding the development of our app, overseeing the project from conception to launch, ensuring that all team members are aligned with our vision and goals, and helping in any area of the project.
Coco Zhou – UI/UX Designer
Coco focuses on UI/UX design, ensuring that our app is visually appealing and user-friendly. She has generated creative visual concepts and overseen the revision and development of graphic elements.
Lucas Qiu – Marketing Lead
Lucas is in charge of conducting market research on existing screen time managing apps. He is also responsible for sending out surveys and collecting people’s opinions on our app. Lucas also helped create our promotional videos.
Tianyi Zhou – Full Stack Developer
Tianyi is responsible for conducting research on the technical implementation of our app, and evaluating the feasibility of each proposed feature. He also took the lead in connecting with external resources for technical assistance, ensuring our team has access to the expertise needed for successful development.
